I've always wanted to model Gort, for his hard surface forms and clean design. I think it's still a very strong robot design. I wanted to remain true to the original 1950's screen based version of Gort, especially since it was a man in a suit. Some of the subtle wrinkles and creases around the joints, are in there. Classic era science fiction and robot design!! Had fun on this.
